The Sunflower Suite came about when the Sisters saw a need for social and physical care during the day for senior adults who still reside in their own homes. Care and companionship are provided during daytime hours and individuals return home at night. Participants benefit by socializing with other individuals within the Adult Day Program and residents of Alvernia Manor. Caregivers benefit by going to work or getting a break from care giving duties while knowing their loved one is in good hands.
